We offer a mix of strength & conditioning, circuit training, partner-based Hyrox prep classes, platform-based barbell training, and free community run clubs. Whether you're new to training or looking to level up, there's something for every fitness level.

2. I’m new to this style of training — can I still join?

Absolutely. We’re all about creating an inclusive, supportive space. Many of our classes are scalable for all levels, and we offer beginner-friendly programming to help you build confidence and strength over time.

3. Do I need to sign up in advance for classes?

Yes. All classes require advance registration through our booking platform to reserve your spot and help us manage class sizes.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 8 hours before class without a penalty. Late cancellations may incur a $10 fee, and no-shows will be charged $15.

5. What’s your membership pricing?

We offer monthly unlimited memberships, 10-class packs, and introductory offers for new members. Please visit our schedule page to book or contact us directly for the most up-to-date pricing.

6. Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes — freezes are available on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

7. What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable workout gear and closed-toe athletic shoes. We suggest bringing a water bottle and towel. We provide all equipment you’ll need for class.

8. Do you offer personal training?

While our main focus is on group classes, some of our coaches do offer personal or small-group training. Reach out and we’ll connect you with the right coach for your goals.

9. Is there a place to store my stuff?

Yes, we have designated areas to store your belongings during class. Please keep valuables at home when possible — we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.

10. What if I have an injury or special condition?

Let your coach know before class starts — we’re happy to offer modifications. Always consult your doctor before starting a new fitness program if you have medical concerns.
