Our training philosophy in class form.
All classes at Element are coach-led, structured, and designed to be challenging but approachable for all levels. Programming is developed by our Head Coach, Sierra Baker, to help our community build strength and endurance in a fun, welcoming training environment.
You’ll choose your own weights, move at your own pace, and be guided throughout class.
Strength
Build strength through barbell lifts and accessory work. Focus on form, progression, and consistency.
- Lower Body – Squats, lunges, posterior chain
- Upper Body – Pressing and pulling
- Full Body – Combination of both
Strength & Conditioning
Circuit-style workouts combining strength and cardio. Varied formats that keep you moving and working at different intensities, often alongside others.
Expect a mix of functional movements and intervals that challenge both strength and endurance.
Hyrox Training
Training built around Hyrox movements, combining both strength and conditioning training.
Sessions often include longer efforts, repeat intervals, and partner or team formats.
Great for race prep, but also a beginner-friendly workout in a strong team environment.
