I started my fitness journey in 2017 through CrossFit, originally focused on weight loss, but it quickly became a lifelong commitment to movement, strength, and growth. Since then, I’ve trained consistently, competed in endurance races and HYROX events, and built a routine that supports showing up every day. I love weightlifting—especially Olympic lifting—with the Clean and Jerk as my favorite lift—while my current training is more cardio-driven through HIIT classes and spin. As a coach and athlete, I believe fitness is for everyone. You don’t need to look a certain way or perform at a certain level to begin—start where you are and build from there. You can’t be what you can’t see, and that’s why training in a supportive community matters. When we see people like ourselves putting in the work, it creates belief, raises the standard, and reminds us that progress is possible for all of us.
